Harvest presents itself as time tracking with invoicing for teams; resource planning is sold separately as Forecast.
Per seat per month: Teams $9 billed annually ($11 monthly), Enterprise $14 ($17.50 monthly). A free plan covers one person and two projects. Forecast is billed separately at $5 per person ($6.25 monthly). 30-day trial.
Harvest Teams for 10 seats: $90 a month billed annually, plus $50 for Forecast if you need planning. Approvals and profitability reporting need Enterprise: $140 a month for 10 seats.
PLYNTUM is a business workspace for agencies and service companies. It connects projects, clients, people, approved time and operational finance in one place.
Per workspace per month: Launch $55 (5 members), Core $150 (10), Scale $450 (25), Intelligence $1,050 (50). Annual totals: $528, $1,440, $4,320 and $10,080, paid upfront (20% less). Only Launch has a 7-day free trial, without automatic paid conversion. Capabilities differ by plan; planned AI and CRM are not available yet.
PLYNTUM Core: $150 a month, or $120 a month billed annually, for up to 10 members.

Where Harvest is stronger
- Time tracking that people actually fill in, with a long track record and a wide set of integrations.
- Invoicing and online payments on every plan, including the cheapest one.
Where PLYNTUM fits better
- One product instead of two: planning, time and finance sit in the same workspace, so Forecast is not a second subscription.
- Manager timesheet approvals and project profitability start with Core; in Harvest both need Enterprise.
- Client records, requests and approvals, which Harvest does not describe.
Before you switch
If Harvest is only your timer, keep it for a month and enter the same hours in PLYNTUM, then compare the project report. If you also pay for Forecast, compare the total of both against one workspace price.
