PLYNTUM is operated by Nikoloz Norieli, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. He determines how information collected through plyntum.com is used. Contact info@plyntum.com for privacy questions, requests about your information or the operator’s postal details. This notice covers the marketing website. Account information, Google sign-in, customer workspaces and application activity are covered by the application privacy policy .

Preparing a request keeps its details on the page. When you send it, the website stores your email, company, team size, selected priority, optional notes and selected package in its separate database. The request also has a reference, language, submission time, handling status and a matching value used to prevent duplicates. We use the details to respond and arrange the next step you requested. The website passes the request through Resend, our email-delivery provider, for follow-up. A stored receipt confirms website acceptance; it does not confirm inbox delivery or book a meeting. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The “Book a setup call” links on the home, pricing and contact pages and after a template download open Google Calendar’s booking page instead: Google collects the name and email you enter for the booking under Google’s terms, and we receive the booking in our calendar.

After a template download you can ask for three related templates by email. The website then stores your email address, the template you downloaded, the language, the submission time and a reference in its separate database. It sends you one email with links to the three templates, the free trial and the setup call, and sends us a notice so we can answer if you reply. Asking does not subscribe you to anything, and one address receives at most one such email a day. The request is deleted after 30 days.

The chat on plyntum.com is an AI assistant. It answers from the content published on this website and cannot see or change any account. When you send a message, the website stores the conversation (your messages and the assistant's replies), its language, the page where you started it, the time and a reference in its separate database. To produce each reply, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, PBC in the United States, the provider of the Claude model the assistant uses. Anthropic processes it under its Commercial Terms of Service and their Data Processing Addendum, which includes standard contractual clauses for international transfers. Under those terms it does not use the conversation to train its models and deletes it from its systems within 30 days. There are two exceptions: a conversation its automated safety systems flag as breaching Anthropic's Usage Policy may be kept for up to 2 years, and the law may require longer retention. (Anthropic's published terms, read on 27 October 2026.) If you ask for a person and leave your email address, the conversation and that address are sent by email to info@plyntum.com through our email-delivery provider so that we can reply; the email address is used only for that reply. For each reply we also keep a cost record: the number of tokens processed and the cost, without any message text. The conversation stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat. The chat uses no cookies and no measurement, and messages are never sent to Google Analytics.

When you follow a sign-up link, the link carries the address of the page you were on; how you reached that page (directly, from another page of this site, from a search engine, from an AI assistant or from another site); the host name of that other site; any utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values in the page address; the page language; and the time. Nothing is saved in your browser for this, and the website itself sends nothing. If you create a workspace, the PLYNTUM app keeps these values with it so we can learn which pages bring customers; the application privacy policy covers that record. With Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track on, the link carries only the fact that a privacy signal was present.

Scan answers, optional business context and progress are saved in this browser; the report is calculated here. They are not automatically attached to a demo request or sent as measurement data. Do not put sensitive information into optional notes. Open email draft uses your chosen email application; you decide whether to send. Any information you send separately is received through that service. Copies, downloads and printed reports remain under your control.

Each page load sends one request to our own server so that we can count page views. We keep only daily totals per page, language, source and device type (phone, tablet or desktop). The source is the main domain of the site you came from and, when a link carries them, utm_source and utm_medium values that name a known channel; other values are grouped as “other”, and campaign names are not stored. Once a day is over, a domain that sent only one visit that day is also grouped as “other”. The count sets no cookie and keeps no IP address, identifier or time of day, and it stores nothing in your browser unless you switch it off. While handling the request, our server reads your browser type, to recognise bots and the device type, and keeps a keyed hash of your network address in memory, cleared every hour, to limit abuse; neither is written to disk. We use the totals only to understand and improve this website. We do not combine them with other information or share them, apart from our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, which stores them for us. Daily totals are deleted after 25 months. You can switch the count off below or under Measurement preferences; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also switch it off.

Measurement starts only after you allow it. To help improve the scan, the demo request, the free templates and the sign-up process, it records predefined interactions and steps, time, language, a broad screen-size category, the entry path, and event and flow identifiers. It excludes scan answers, scores, business figures and free text from event fields. If measurement is enabled when you submit a demo request, the submission event can be linked to that request through its reference. These identifiers are pseudonymous and can still be associated with a request; they do not make the records anonymous.

You can use the scan and submit a request if you decline measurement. Change your choice with Measurement preferences at the bottom of every page. Declining immediately stops this browser from sending new optional events and requests deletion of events associated with its available flow identifiers. If server cleanup fails, the controls offer a retry and retain the identifiers needed for it. Removal cannot be guaranteed for records whose identifiers are no longer available in this browser. Withdrawing permission does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

The website is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH. Contact requests and optional analytics use an isolated SQLite database for the website, separate from customer workspace data. Resend provides email transport for inquiry notifications. Access is limited to authorized operations; the public website does not expose a visitor-readable list of requests or analytics records. To limit abuse, the website records an hourly hash of the network address, made with a key that exists only in server memory, together with a counter and its expiry. Those rate-limit records do not contain the raw address. Infrastructure and email providers also process the network and delivery information needed to operate their services. Following an application, Google or Paddle link takes you into that service’s data-handling scope.

The website database keeps contact requests and template requests for 30 days and optional analytics events for 90 days. Flow records expire 90 days after creation or, following withdrawal, 90 days after revocation. Site assistant conversations, including an email address left for a reply, are deleted 90 days after the conversation began; their cost records are deleted after 400 days. Rate-limit records expire after roughly one to two hours. Anonymous daily page totals are deleted after 25 months. A daily retention-cleanup task removes expired database records. Expiry is applied by that cleanup rather than guaranteeing deletion at the exact expiry time. Website database backups are retained for seven days. Email correspondence, infrastructure logs and backups are separate records; deleting a website database entry does not erase those copies or files you have downloaded. Contact us to request deletion of information relating to your inquiry across the records we control. Records needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute may be retained for that purpose.

The saved scan has no automatic expiry set by the website. The measurement choice is valid for 180 days. Flow storage uses the browser session. Pending withdrawal identifiers have up to 90-day retry validity and are removed from the queue after confirmed server cleanup. Browser storage gives the details. Clear saved scan removes local assessment state; it does not delete a submitted request, server measurement or an exported copy. Use Measurement preferences before clearing browser data if you want to request cleanup of the flow identifiers still available.

To ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable, email info@plyntum.com . Include your request reference if available. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify that the request concerns you. You can withdraw optional analytics permission in the website settings without losing access to the scan or contact form. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority or a court. In Georgia, information is available through the State Audit Office’s personal-data protection portal . Business Scan results do not make employment, credit or other legally significant decisions about you.

We use inquiry details to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before a possible service agreement. Where you contact us for an organization, our legitimate interest is handling that business inquiry. When you ask for templates by email, we use your address to send what you asked for and to answer if you reply. When you use the chat, we process your messages to answer your questions; our legitimate interest is helping visitors understand PLYNTUM. If you ask for a person, we use your email address to reply, as a step you ask for. Optional website analytics relies on your consent. For the anonymous page count we rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are used, so that we can improve the website, and on the rules that allow audience measurement carried out only for the site’s own statistics without consent. You can object at any time under Measurement preferences. Service security and proportionate abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in keeping the website available. We may also process information to meet a legal obligation. These purposes do not authorize unrelated advertising or the sale of your information.

When you allow measurement, the website also loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode. Nothing from Google loads before you allow it, or at all when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> for up to two years to tell visits apart, and receives the page address, the referring page and a general device and browser description, plus named events for sign-up clicks, scan steps, template downloads and calculator use. When you create a PLYNTUM account with measurement allowed, our server also sends Google Analytics a sign-up event with the same _ga identifier, the sign-up method and the website page you signed up from; never your name, email address or workspace content. It does not store IP addresses. The same scan and form exclusions apply: no answers, scores, figures or typed text are sent. Google processes this data for us under Google’s data processing terms and may process it outside Georgia. Turning measurement off stops the tags on the next page and switches analytics storage to denied; you can delete existing _ga cookies in your browser settings.
