Asana, Slack and Harvest, or one workspace?
What a common three-tool stack costs next to PLYNTUM, and what each option covers. List prices read on 25 September 2026.
Three tools or PLYNTUM: the short answer
Asana Starter, Slack Pro and Harvest Teams cost $27.24 per person a month on annual billing: $272.40 for ten people, before Harvest usage fees. PLYNTUM Core costs $120 a month on annual billing for up to 10 members. Keep the three tools if your team already works well in them, needs Slack as a full messaging platform, or wants to replace one tool at a time. Choose PLYNTUM if tasks, logged hours, invoices and receivables should sit in one record instead of three exports reconciled at month end. Timesheet approval in this stack needs Harvest Enterprise at $14 a seat; in PLYNTUM it starts on Core.

Three tools: Asana Starter ($10.99), Slack Pro ($7.25) and Harvest Teams ($9), per user per month on annual billing. Asana Starter does not include time tracking, which is why Harvest is in the stack.

All figures are monthly catalog rates with annual billing. Competitor rates generally exclude tax; PLYNTUM follows its published catalog. Taxes are not normalized to one country; confirm the payable total at checkout. Harvest usage fees, add-ons and promotions are excluded, so these are not final invoice totals. Harvest lists timesheet approvals on Enterprise ($14 per seat). PLYNTUM is priced per workspace; monthly billing is Launch $55, Core $150, Scale $450, Intelligence $1,050. The table selects by team capacity. Time approval and the client portal require at least Core, even for five people ($120 per month billed annually).
What the three tools do better
- Slack is a dedicated messaging platform. PLYNTUM’s chat is built around the work, and expanded channels are in development.
- Each tool can be replaced on its own, without moving everything at once.
What one workspace adds
- Core connects project profitability, receivables and a 13-week cash flow overview. Harvest already includes invoicing and expense tracking; those are not exclusive to PLYNTUM.
- Leave requests and separate company workspaces alongside tasks; the client portal starts on Core. Each paid workspace has its own subscription.
- One record for the task, its time and its cost, instead of three exports to reconcile.
