TASK COMPOSER / PRODUCT DIRECTION

Task Composer is in development to turn a brief into a draft plan: deliverables, subtasks, acceptance criteria, dates, dependencies and suggested owners. The proposed workflow lets you check missing details before assigning the work.

PLYNTUM INTELLIGENCE

The expanded AI Board is in development. It is designed to surface business risks, warnings and positive changes, show the records behind each finding, and suggest a next step using information within your access.

The AI roadmap covers the decisions that follow a brief: what is missing, who has capacity, how time is spent and what the work costs. These planned capabilities build on advisory that uses records within your access.

Task lifecycle

Planned support will flag missing files, work blocked by dependencies, late approvals and changes to the agreed scope, helping the team identify what needs a decision.

Company knowledge

The roadmap includes using relevant company standards, terminology and approved examples to prepare suggestions that reflect how your team works.

Time Intelligence

Time Intelligence is in development to suggest which tasks captured work time belongs to. The person reviews the allocation before it becomes approved time.

Finance and risk

The finance and risk direction is to explain calculated results, cash pressures and delivery costs using the records available to you, making the figures easier to question and act on.

People and operations

Planned support brings assignments, availability and delivery commitments into the same review to highlight workload conflicts that need attention.

CRM and client work

CRM is in development. Its planned AI support will bring sales opportunities and client work into the same analysis, so commercial decisions can consider what happens after a sale.

Planned automation begins with suggestions and drafts for review. Any later action must respect your edits, access permissions and the level of review its risk requires.
