Nikoloz Norieli runs Lost & Found, a creative marketing agency in Tbilisi with 18 people and 22 retainer clients. The agency does social media marketing, branding and video production for companies in real estate, hospitality, food, fashion and technology.
In 2026 he founded PLYNTUM to run that agency on one connected system instead of six separate tools.
Why PLYNTUM exists
The question that kept coming back at Lost & Found was simple: what did this project really cost us? Tasks, hours and invoices lived in different tools, so nobody could answer it without a day of spreadsheet work.
PLYNTUM connects the task, the recorded hour and the invoice, and reviews time before it counts as cost. Lost & Found was the first workspace: it moved off six tools in 10 days and, by last quarter’s records, spends about 20% less time on operations and admin.
