A closer look.

The details behind the workflow, including what is available and what is still planned.

Verify company, client, project and owner mappings. Compare counts, totals, dates and currency. Agree how to handle duplicates, files and rollback before any production transfer.

Choose a baseline such as weekly reporting time, overdue work or unreviewed hours. Measure the same process after adoption. Use your own results to decide what to expand.

Lost & Found, a creative agency in Tbilisi with 22 retainer clients, moved tasks, client records, time and attendance, expenses and invoices out of six tools — Asana, Miro, Discord, Slack, Excel and Notion — and into PLYNTUM in 10 days. Every task now belongs to a client and a project, and every logged hour belongs to a task.

The hardest part was not the import but habit: work handed out verbally or in chat stays outside the system. Plan for that from the first week. Lost & Found’s CEO is PLYNTUM’s founder; the full case study says so and covers what has not worked yet.

It depends on how many workflows and records you bring, not only on the size of the team. Start with one workflow and run one complete cycle, as in the checklist above. The 7-day trial on the Launch plan lets you do that before choosing a plan. Imports and field mapping are agreed with PLYNTUM before the full transfer.
