What stays connected.

The details behind the workflow, including what is available and what is still planned.

THE CONNECTION

Working across several companies should not blur their responsibilities. A company workspace keeps its own records, members and access permissions. Use one account to move between the companies you are authorized to work with, while keeping each company’s work and decisions in its own space.

One identity

Switch between the companies you belong to without keeping separate sign-in identities.

Independent company data

The active workspace determines which company’s clients, tasks and financial information you can access. Each company keeps its own data and permissions.

Access follows membership

Access in one company does not automatically give a person the same rights in another.

Also in the system

Workspace switching, invitations, membership lifecycle, partner evaluations and scoped roles.

How several companies stay separate

One account can belong to several companies. Each company is a separate workspace with its own records, members and permissions.

  1. Create a workspace per company

Each company gets its own clients, projects, boards and finance.

  2. Invite members

Invitations and membership apply to one workspace. A role in one company does not carry over to another.

  3. Switch without a second login

Move between the companies you belong to with one identity. Google sign-in and two-factor authentication are available.

  4. Manage membership over time

Add, change or remove members as people join or leave. Audit records identify the person, the action and the time of a change.

Who uses it

Owners of several companies
Work across companies with one sign-in while keeping their data apart.
Administrators
Control who belongs to which company and what each person can do there.
Shared staff
People who work for more than one company see each company’s work only in its own workspace.

What it replaces

A group of companies often either shares one account, which mixes clients and permissions, or keeps separate accounts, which splits the owner’s view. PLYNTUM gives one identity with separate workspaces.

  • One shared account for all companies
  • A separate login for each company

Your first week

  1. Create a workspace for each company you run.
  2. Invite members to each one separately and check their roles.
  3. Switch between workspaces and confirm that each shows only its own clients and finance.
