Application agreement
The application Data Processing Agreement sets out the published processing terms for customer workspace data. For a countersigned copy and the documents applying to your organization, contact info@plyntum.com . A website visit or demo request does not sign an agreement for your organization.
Different data, different roles
PLYNTUM determines how it handles website inquiries, service communications and optional website analytics. For personal data your organization enters into a customer workspace, the parties’ processing roles and instructions follow the application agreement and applicable law. Website inquiry records are stored separately from customer workspace data.
What to review for your organization
Confirm the contracting parties, data categories, people concerned, processing purpose and duration, security measures, subprocessors, processing locations and any transfer arrangements. Review assistance with rights requests, incidents, audit cooperation and the return or deletion of data. Information about a provider or a technical control is not a certification.
Contact and existing agreements
