The setup checklist on Plan your move keeps its ticked steps under plyntum.website.setup.v1. The website sets no automatic expiry for either. Clear & restart on the scan and Clear checklist on the setup page reset them; browser site-data controls can remove them. Language is carried in the page URL.
"},{"heading":"Measurement preference","html":"
plyntum.website.measurement.v1 remembers an allow/decline choice in local storage with 180-day validity. The same choice applies in the PLYNTUM app on plyntum.com, so it is also saved as plynt-cookie-consent (granted or denied). If you have not chosen on the website yet, a choice made in the app counts. Validity is checked when the preference loads; the entry may remain until changed or cleared. No optional measurement starts without permission. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals disable this measurement and the question is not shown. Measurement preferences, at the bottom of every page, opens the choice again.
"},{"heading":"Anonymous page count","html":"
The anonymous page count described in Website privacy sends no cookie and saves nothing in your browser unless you switch it off. Switching it off (Don’t count my visits, below or under Measurement preferences) saves plyntum.website.count-optout.v1 in local storage with the value 1 and nothing else; switching the count back on removes it. While that entry exists, or while your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, no count request is sent. Otherwise each page load sends one request with the page address, the name of the site you came from and any utm_source and utm_medium values, and the server keeps only daily totals.
"},{"heading":"Flow identifiers","html":"
plyntum.website.flow.v1 uses session storage after opt-in to relate predefined events and avoid duplicates. A flow expires after 30 minutes of inactivity; the next measured interaction starts a new flow, including in an already open tab. Only a still-valid saved flow is restored. Expiry does not itself guarantee physical removal of the stored entry at that exact time. The random identifier is pseudonymous and may be linked to a submitted demo request. No scan answers, scores, business figures or free text are included in event fields. plyntum.website.flows.v1 lists the flow identifiers this browser used in the last 90 days, so that a later withdrawal can ask the server to delete their events.
"},{"heading":"Withdrawal and retry","html":"
plyntum.website.withdrawals.v1 keeps only pending flow identifiers and expiry times in local storage, with up to 90-day retry validity from the withdrawal request. An entry is removed after the server confirms cleanup. Declining stops new optional events locally immediately. If cleanup cannot be confirmed, the website shows a retry option. This queue supports your removal request; it does not permit further measurement and contains no contact text, scan answers or scores. Clearing browser data first can remove identifiers needed to locate earlier events.
"},{"heading":"Server records and other services","html":"
Browser storage is separate from contact requests and analytics records held on the website server. The website’s retention periods are 30 days for contact requests and 90 days for analytics events. Expired website database records are removed by daily cleanup. Read Website privacy for deletion scope and separate Resend delivery, email correspondence, backup and infrastructure records.
