The table above prices a 10-person team. Nothing is ranked, and PLYNTUM, which we make, comes after the list.

ClickUp

ClickUp puts tasks, docs, goals and chat in one app for any kind of team, with a Free Forever plan and automations. Business is $17 per user a month billed annually: $170 for 10 users against $190 on monday.com Pro (ClickUp checked 24 October 2026, monday.com 25 September 2026).

Its limitation: invoices live in another system, so moving changes where tasks live, not how hours become money. PLYNTUM vs ClickUp · ClickUp alternatives

Who it suits: teams that want a cheaper general work app with docs and chat.

Asana

Asana’s guests are free and unlimited, and its Personal plan is free for up to 2 users. Advanced, at $24.99 per user a month billed annually, adds time tracking (checked 24 October 2026).

Approving timesheets costs extra: the Timesheets & Budgets add-on is sold per user with no published price (checked 24 October 2026), on top of $249.90 a month for 10 users on Advanced, already more than monday.com Pro. Its pricing page lists no invoicing, expenses or leave, and clients get guest access rather than a portal. PLYNTUM vs Asana

Who it suits: teams that want structured projects and bill from another tool.

Teamwork.com

Teamwork.com is built for professional services: client projects, resources and financials live in one product. You can start on the free plan for up to 5 users or a 14-day trial.

The limitation is cost per head. Accelerate is $24.99 per user a month billed annually (checked 24 October 2026): $249.90 for 10 users, $59.90 more than monday.com Pro, and the gap widens with each hire. PLYNTUM vs Teamwork.com

Who it suits: agencies that want software made for client projects.

Productive

Productive lets agencies and consultancies run resources, projects and finances together, with a sales pipeline today: deals and delivery in one system instead of monday CRM plus Work Management.

The limitation is price: Professional is $25 per user a month billed annually (checked 24 October 2026), $60 more than monday.com Pro for 10 people, with a 3-seat minimum. PLYNTUM vs Productive · Productive alternatives

Who it suits: agencies and consultancies that want to sell, deliver and bill in one system.

Scoro

Scoro is built for consultancies, agencies and engineering firms, with projects, resourcing and finances on one platform. It stands out on selling and planning: quotes, a sales CRM, resource planning, and quoted-versus-actual and work-in-progress reports.

The limitation is a price you assemble yourself. App combinations run €15–€52 per user a month with at least 5 users; the billing cycle is not labelled, and onboarding and add-ons are extra (checked 25 September 2026). PLYNTUM vs Scoro

Who it suits: firms where every job starts with a quote.

Paymo

Paymo offers work management, time tracking and invoicing to small teams and freelancers in one tool. A single user can use it free, and the trial runs 15 days.

Note that its published prices are monthly. Plus is $15.90 per user, or $159 a month for 10 users, leaving aside introductory offers (checked 24 October 2026). That is already below monday.com Pro’s annual price. PLYNTUM vs Paymo

Who it suits: small teams that want time and invoices in one small tool.

Bonsai

Bonsai is an all-in-one tool for small agencies and independents: proposals, contracts, e-signature, invoices and projects. Its strength is the paperwork before the work starts: proposals, contracts and signatures, which PLYNTUM does not cover today.

The limitation is that profit reporting needs Premium. Plans run from Basic at $9 to Elite at $49 per user a month billed annually, and Premium, at $29, puts 10 users at $290 a month (checked 24 October 2026). PLYNTUM vs Bonsai

Who it suits: independents and small agencies that live on proposals and contracts.

Also weighing an all-in-one suite?
