For many companies it is a strong, cheap choice. A service company tends to look elsewhere for three reasons.

Language. We could not find a Georgian interface in the information we read. Bitrix24 has a Georgian-language website (bitrix24.ge, checked 23 October 2026), but its help centre does not list the interface languages. If your team works in Georgian, you feel that every day.

Modules you never open. A website builder, a store, telephony and marketing automation serve a sales-led business. A design studio may use only tasks and chat, yet still has to set up and work around the rest.

Time and project cost. A service company sells hours. Bitrix24 lists task time tracking and employee hours tracking on Professional ($199 a month billed annually), not on Standard (checked 25 September 2026). Manager approval of timesheets, project profitability from logged hours, expenses per project and a client portal are not stated on the pages we read.

That is not a flaw: Bitrix24’s own description starts with sales. But if your main questions are where the hours went and what each client cost, look at the alternatives. For the wider picture, read the guide to business management software in Georgia.
"},{"heading":"How to choose: five questions","html":"

What do you sell? If revenue comes from deals, calls and online orders, Bitrix24’s sales side is your core. If you sell specialists’ time, hours and project cost matter most.

Which modules does the team open every week? If telephony, the website or the online store is on that list, PLYNTUM cannot replace them.

Do you need to know what each project cost? That takes logged hours, a cost for each person’s hour and expenses attached to the project.

What language does the team work in? On this list, PLYNTUM has a Georgian interface; the table’s last column shows what we found for the others.

How many of you are there? Bitrix24 charges per organisation (Standard up to 50 users, Professional up to 100), the other seven per user or seat, and PLYNTUM per workspace with members included.

What the numbers in the table above mean

The table prices a team of 10. Set PLYNTUM Core against two Bitrix24 plans (checked 25 September 2026):

Standard: $99 a month billed annually ($144 monthly), up to 50 users. PLYNTUM Core is $120 a month billed annually: $21 a month, or $252 a year, more. Core costs $79 a month less, or $948 a year.

If you do not need time tracking, Bitrix24 Standard costs less, and its free plan costs nothing. If you would move to Professional for time tracking, the comparison swings towards PLYNTUM. Past 10 people it swings back: 11 to 25 members need PLYNTUM Scale at $360 a month billed annually, more than Bitrix24 Professional. Every plan is on the pricing page.
"},{"heading":"Eight Bitrix24 alternatives","html":"
monday.com

monday.com calls itself an AI work platform; its Work Management product covers projects and tasks. There is a free plan for up to 2 seats; paid plans are per seat, minimum 3 (checked 25 September 2026). From Bitrix24 it mainly replaces the tasks-and-projects part: its Work Management plans do not list invoices, expenses or receivables. Georgian is not among its interface languages. PLYNTUM vs monday.com

ClickUp

ClickUp is one app for tasks, docs, goals and chat, for any team, with a Free Forever plan and an AI add-on from $9 per user (checked 25 September 2026). If you mostly use Bitrix24 for tasks and chat, ClickUp covers that. Invoices stay in another system, so someone matches amounts to hours by hand. We could not find a Georgian interface for ClickUp in the information we read. PLYNTUM vs ClickUp

Asana

Asana organises a team’s work into projects and tasks. Time tracking comes with Advanced and Enterprise; timesheet approval needs the Timesheets & Budgets add-on, sold per user with no published price. For 10 users it comes on top of Advanced’s $249.90 a month (checked 24 October 2026). Its pricing page does not list invoicing, expenses or leave, and there is no client portal. Georgian is not among its 14 display languages. PLYNTUM vs Asana

Scoro

Scoro is one platform for projects, resourcing and finances, aimed at consultancies, agencies and engineering firms. Its price depends on the apps you choose, minimum 5 users, with onboarding and add-ons extra (checked 25 September 2026), so its figure in the table is an estimate, not a quote. Coming from Bitrix24, you keep a sales CRM and quoting, and gain resource planning, quoted-against-actual reports and a view of work not yet invoiced (WIP). If you need sales and project finances together, start here. CRM core is released, subject to plan, role and permissions. Proposal drafts, won-deal handoff and manual forecasts have plan limits; inbox and integrations require separate setup. AI and private capture remain in development. Review CRM access and limits.

Productive

Productive helps agencies and consultancies run resources, projects and finances, priced per user with a minimum of 3 seats (checked 24 October 2026). Unlike Bitrix24, it is built around a service company’s numbers, and it has a sales pipeline today. We compare Productive’s own alternatives on a separate page.

Teamwork.com

Teamwork.com is built for professional services firms: projects, resources and financials together, with a free plan for up to 5 users and per-user paid plans (checked 24 October 2026). It focuses on delivering client work rather than selling. The information we read says nothing about a sales pipeline.

Paymo

Paymo is work management with time tracking and invoicing for small teams and freelancers, free for one user. The table shows its Plus plan at the monthly price (checked 24 October 2026). If you used Bitrix24 only for tasks and now want hours and invoices linked, Paymo does that at low cost.

PLYNTUM
"},{"heading":"Where PLYNTUM fits, and where it does not","html":"
Where it fits

From hour to client. In time tracking, an hour belongs to a task, the task to a project and the project to a client.
